Profile

I first came into contact with the subject of intercultural skills and intercultural education whilst working as a foreign language assistant on behalf of the Robert Bosch Foundation in the Czech Republic.
In 2001 I was commissioned by the Federal Minsistry for Families, Pensioners, Women and Young People to develop an intercultural training programme for academics from the states of the Russian Federation. I continue to offer this programme in an amended form.
My other training courses are aimed at managers, company employees, representatives from the civil service and local government, teachers, migrants and voluntary workers.
I am a linguist and possess an additional qualification as a trainer for intercultural learning and conflict management (certified by the ADGF). Confluent education forms the basis of my work.
I have gained overseas experience in Russia, France and the Czech Republic where I studied and worked for a number of years.
